Effective teaching and learning for minority-language children in preschool

   

These materials support minority language children who are learning a second language in the classroom. Designed for kindergarten/preschool teachers, the materials present background, theory, and activities, and actively promote the inclusion of the children's home language and culture in the classroom. This set of resources was published in 2006 within the framework of a Socrates Programme/Comenius Project, Effective Teaching and Learning for Minority-Language Children in Preschool, funded by the European Union.
