-holds a degree in social work (BA) and social policy (MA)
-since she started her career, worked at different nonprofit organizations and networks in the different nonprofit management areas such as:
- Hungarian Association of Nonprofit Human Services - International and Developmental Project Manager: Project plan development, proposal writing, project management
Regional Environmental Centre, grants management: USAID Local Co-operation Grant - community development projects
- United Way: Grants management, Network development, Fundraising (organising workplace giving program, coordinate a special donor's circle of business leaders), Volunteer recruitment and coordination.
- Telecottage Partner Service, Manager: co-ordinating the core development projects of the Telecottage network with 400 local telecottages, internal and external communication, project management.
-joined ISSA in 2002 as the Manager of the Network division.
-Since then, has been working on the different initiatives of the network division (co-ordinate international events, annual conferences, newsletter, other network initiatives)
-In addition, she was the main coordinator of ISSA’s Comenius 2.1 project on second language learning,
-Member of the Coordinating committee of ISSA’s Education for Social Justice program.
