ISSA Partnership with IBM Featured in EMEA Diversity Newsletter

'Opening Magic Doors', ISSA's partnership project with the IBM Global Work/Life Fund, was recently featured in the EMEA Diversity Newsletter. The EMEA Diversity Newsletter is a free news source created and distributed ten times a year by European Diversity Research & Consulting. The newsletter talks about trends, challenges, and success stories from different perspectives, going beyond the traditional perception of diversity issues to include globalization, change management, and social responsibility, among other issues.

Since January 2008, ISSA has worked with the IBM Global Work/Life fund to provide IBM families with resources to build pre-literacy skills and a lifelong love of reading and exploration in their children through the Opening Doors Activity Kits. Specially designed for three different age groups, the Opening Magic Doors Activity Kits provide parents with ideas and activities based on four high quality, developmentally appropriate children's books. More than 2,000 of the kits have been used in 8 countries where IBM works.
