ISSA and Partners to Launch New TACIS Project in Kazakhstan in September

ISSA is pleased to announce the launch of a new project "Civil Society Partnership for Rural Children" in partnership with Step by Step Community Foundation (Kazakhstan) and Comenius Foundation (Poland). The project, funded by the EU TACIS Program, aims to support every child's right to education by developing models of child-centred, cost-effective early education services for rural areas in partnership with parents, local education institutions, and municipal governments. The two-year project will begin at the end of September with a partner meeting and an international training in program and financial management in Almaty.
