ISSA Congratulates Board Members Phyllis Magrab on Award

ISSA would like to extend warm congratulations to Dr. Phyllis Magrab, member of ISSA’s Board of Directors and past member of ISSA’s Advisory Board, on receiving the US Department of Health and Human Services’ Highest Recognition Award – Pioneer for Persons with Disabilities, in recognition of her lifelong service for children with disabilities, both nationally and internationally.
