Montenegro and Romania Case Studies Published

ISSA is pleased to announce the release of two new case studies – Montenegro and Romania. The case studies, entitled Education Reform in Montenegro – a Photo Essay and Every Puzzle Piece is Unique – Teacher Training in Romania, are currently only available to all ISSA members, including general members. The Case Study Project is a joint project of ISSA and the Open Society Institute to chronicle, explore, and share the experiences of the Step by Step Program since its inception in 1994.
