Study Tour Partnership with OSI and UNICEF

In November teams of delegates from ISSA NGOs and MOE representatives from Albania, Armenia, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, and Moldova will travel to London for a Study Tour sponsored by OSI, UNICEF, and the Institute of Education in London. Participants of the Study Tour will learn about UK policy regarding access to quality in early childhood education and care, the use of multifunctional centers, how the ECERS-E measures quality, and the research on the use of ECERS-E.
