Join us at the GenderEYE Conference online to learn about the findings of our 2-year study on how to recruit, support and retain men in early years education in England. Our project, ‘Gender Diversification of the Early Years Workforce: Recruiting, Supporting and Retaining Male Practitioners’ was funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and involved researchers from Lancaster University, Fatherhood Institute and Queen Maud University College of Early Childhood Education in Norway.
Please visit this website for further details about study.
There will also be a keynote presentation by Professor Kari Emilsen from Queen Maud University College of Early Childhood Education titled ‘Men in Early Childhood and Care Workforce in Norway: Successes and Challenges’.
A programme for the conference will be e-mailed to participants in September. The conference will be held online via Zoom.
