Why talking about early childhood and climate action together matters.

Join for the launch of Early Childhood Matters – the flagship journal published by the Bernard van Leer Foundation on advances in early childhood development. The 2021 edition was envisioned to create a bridge for conversation between leaders, experts and activists working on climate and the early years. Articles from around the world demonstrate what’s at stake for babies born today if we fail to take action but also what’s possible when we take a collective and intersectional approach.

For the launch, Early Childhood Matters authors from across geographies and disciplines will have a discussion on why talking about early childhood and climate action together matters. Translation will be available in Spanish and Portuguese.
