Training | Applying a trauma - informed co-production of programs: Centring the lived experience
Co-production refers to collaborating with the communities we are working with to design services together. It sets the foundation of acknowledging people as experts-by-experience, not just as recipients of care. Co-production promotes deeper collective healing based on people’s needs and interests, through which you can empower people to strengthen their sense of power, dignity, and belonging.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the principles of co-production for community empowerment.
- Acquire tools and techniques to improve your community engagement.
- Gain confidence in implementing co-production in diverse contexts.
