Training | Working with severe forms of collective adversity

This training is designed for anyone who wants to learn about Severe Forms of Collective Adversity (SFCA), which include involuntary dislocation due to oppression, violence and inequalities or due to natural disasters and climate change.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Gain a deeper understanding about the complexities within therapeutic interactions between SFCA survivors and their carers.
  • Discover an innovative framework to work with the complexities of therapeutic interactions between SFCA survivors and their carers.
  • Deepen your holistic approach to working with SFCA survivors that respects their human dignity and avoids pathologising human suffering.
