Webinar | Learning from good practices in Europe: Considerations for 0-6 ECEC reforms 

UNICEF ECARO is pleased to invite you to a webinar highlighting good practices in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECEC) taking place across EU Member States, with learning relevant to 0-6 ECEC reforms happening across ECA. The webinar seeks to address and discuss common challenges regarding ECEC system expansion and quality, drawing from the experience of Belgium, Lithuania and Cyprus, including:

• System strengthening: Strengthening coordination, quality assurance, and monitoring of services for children 0-6 years. 
• Supporting a continuum of learning: Strengthening the link between care and education for children 0-3 and 3-6 years, and specifically in countries operating with split systems; 
• Enriching 0-3 quality and embedding early learning into care:  Ensuring ECEC services include playful learning practices and opportunities for early stimulation and care, provided by a skilled and motivated workforce;
