ISSA member Step by Step Benevolent Foundation Armenia, UNICEF Armenia, Tumanyan consolidated community of Lori region and the Finance Officers Association signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government in Vandzor, Armenia.

The MoU, signed on May 25^th, 2017, lays the groundwork for the establishment of alternative preschool education services for all children aged 3-6 in Atan, Shamut, Marts and the Ahnidzor settlements of the Tumanyan Community. By promoting child development and equity, these services will give new opportunities to children to develop their full potential.
