Summerschool and conference in Russia

Russian ISSA member Biological and Social Foundations of Inclusion Center, in cooperation with ISSA member Soobschestvo hosted a 10 day international conference and summer school in June. The seminar with the title "Early Intervention for Children and their Families: From Theory To Practice" was held in St. Petersburg. Speakers from 11 countries - Russia, Australia, Netherlands, Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Belarus, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan -  took part in the conference. Many interesting presentations were held by the various participants, among them ISSA's Senior Program Manager Zorica Trikic, who hosted an online webinar on home visiting modules.

From this conference, a report will be published. Topics: the basics and real experience in the field of early childhood intervention, as well as practical suggestions on the methods of structuring its holistic system based on the best achievements of international and domestic science and best practices.
