ISSA Welcomes Three New Members

ISSA recently welcomed three new members from from Greece, Malta and Ireland.

Refugee Trauma Initiative RTI Hellas from Greece provides vital psychosocial support to refugees experiencing trauma of war, torture and displacement. As part of their stated mission, they also train and support humanitarians, helping them to provide the best possible care for those in need. The organization believes that by connecting with communities in their own language, and by providing them with continuing care, support and guidance informed by psychological principles, they can help them to process their experiences and foster their integration into society.

Early Childhood Development Association of Malta's (ECDAM) mission states to strengthen the knowledge, skills and abilities of all those involved in the early childhood education and care, to ensure a high-quality programme for young children.

Mary Immaculate College community from Ireland promotes excellence in teaching, learning and research at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It seeks to foster the intellectual, spiritual, personal and professional development of students within a supportive and challenging environment that guarantees the intellectual freedom of staff and students. In particular, the College seeks to foster in its students a spirit of justice and compassion in the service of others, together with an openness to the religious tradition and values of each individual.
