A comprehensive new training program is now available to support CPD educators—the trainers, mentors, and facilitators who design and deliver professional learning for early childhood and primary school educators. The PIQET Training Program for CPD Educators provides a structured approach to enhancing the quality and impact of professional development across education systems.

As the third major output of the PIQET project, this program addresses a longstanding gap: while much attention is given to improving the skills of educators, those responsible for training them rarely receive dedicated professional development themselves. This program helps CPD educators refine their approach, strengthen their competencies, and ensure that training opportunities are engaging, effective, and evidence-based.
